Over the years we have worked with most, if not all of the fulfillment companies, telemarketing companies, direct mail printers, magazine printers, the U.S.P.S., subscription agents, newsstand distributors and more. We are happy to use companies of your choice, or happy to suggest some you might want to consider.
RMB works on a simple letter of agreement, no contracts, no minimum periods - we work for you as and when you want us. We charge you a flat fee so you can budget our services accurately. Expences incurred on your behalf are billed back to you at cost.
RMB will work with you for as long, or as short as you want. If we work on an open ended basis all we ask is three month's notice after one year.
Unlike other companies you deal with the principle of the company and only the principle, no account managers and no customer representatives.

Roy worked as the Director of Publishing Services for Tyson Associates from 1992 before starting RMB Audience Development LLC. His publishing background includes circulation management positions at International Media Partners, who were based in New York as well as The Spectator, South Magazine and The Economist Newspaper when he was based in London.
He started his career handling newsstand for The Economist in 1976 then moved over to subscriptions the following year, where he stayed until 1983.
From 1984 to 1988 he was at South Publications and from 1988 to 1992 he was responsible for newsstand and subscriptions at The Spectator. He has solid experience in newsstand sales and subscription marketing for consumer and business publications as well as extensive knowledge of mailing, printing and airfreight businesses in the U.K., Europe, North America and Asia.
He is a contributor to the trade press and wrote a popular column each week for Folio. Roy is a seminar leader at industry functions and has also lectured at the Radcliffe Publishing Course.
